Inside of La Biela, the sober decoration gives a distinction touch to the atmosphere. The curtains on the windows and the combination with the wood conform a warm and cozy place. In their walls the classic radiators Hispano Suiza, connecting rods, old streetlights and horns of old automobiles can be seen. Due to the inclination “tuerca” (nut, colloquially a reference to fans of car-racings) of the place, we can find pictures of the big ones of the motoring, as Juan Manuel Fangio, five times world champion of Formula One, José Froilán González and Clay Reggazzoni among others.
A special mention deserves the pictures located on the wide bar. All they were taken by a big of the Argentinean literature: Adolfo Bioy Casares who took the photos in order to illustrate with them an Jorge Luis Borges’s book. Both were customer of La Biela, and these pictures attest the pass of the time in the neighborhood of La Recoleta, also showing a facet perhaps little known of this great writer's: that of photographer.

The Vice Chancellor of the Institute, Mr. Carlos Solla, presented a commemorative plaque to the iconic bar "La Biela" the Recoleta district, under the "World Tourism Day", which was held on Monday 27 September.
